I saw Mat Kearney in concert last night (September 21, 2009) at Newport Music Hall in Columbus, OH. Diane Birch opened for him and was actually pretty good. If you’re interested, her album, Bible Belt, is only $5 right now over at Amazon (mp3). She’s up-and-coming and has been deemed the new Norah Jones… I’ll let you decide for yourself. I’m a fan.
