Free Indie Music for You – Cheese People

I was recently contacted by a guy, Gleb Lisichkin, who is an independent music promoter from Moscow. He provided me with a link and permission to distribute (free of charge!) the first release of an upcoming indie rock Russian band (English lyrics) that goes by the name “Cheese People.”

I’m not going to lie. I was pretty skeptical at first. Quality music usually doesn’t just fall in your lap. I was pleasantly surprised though. The music is a little different – more along the techno rock lines – but it’s pretty fresh. Cheese PeopleĀ  have put together some pretty catchy tuneage. My housemate Steve is usually into the latest techno artists, and this album received the “Steve Stamp of Approval.” I haven’t taken a good listen to the lyrics… so I can’t make any comments on that content.
