Change the Default Folder/System Icons in Leopard OS X
By greg | April 7, 2009
Looking to spice up your Leopard GUI? You’ve come to the right place. Just the other day I did a bit of searching, and I came across a post from UsingMac.com that showed in just a few easy steps how to change the default icons (folder and system icons) in Leopard. This means that when you create a new folder, it no longer looks like the default blue one… it looks like one of your choosing… a much sweeter one
.
A good step-by-step how-to can be found over at UsingMac.com. To avoid re-inventing the wheel… the link to the article is here, and the link to the Inner Mind Media “Glass Icon Set” is here.
