Exposé Just Got a Little Cooler & New Thumbnail Previews (Snow Leopard)
By greg | September 4, 2009
While on my computer earlier today, I realized there are a few new features of Snow Leopard that either went unnoticed by me until now or I just simply forgot about.
Briefly in words:
- If you have windows minimized in the dock, you can easily expand them using Exposé’s “All Windows” feature. A list of minimized windows will appear nicely at the bottom of the screen that you can click to expand
- Icon sizes can be easily adjusted using a slider in the bottom right. This is useful as you can now preview movies, pdf’s, etc. by clicking in the center of the icon in Thumbnail view.
Here’s a quick screencast demonstrating these new features (recording using the new Quicktime… what else?
). Quality isn’t too bad for YouTube, eh?
